Will you help me design something or do I have to hire a designer myself?

ANSWER

Sierra Building and Design can design a custom project for you or we can work off of plans that you have already.

Will we have to obtain permits to build?

ANSWER

Structures that are over 120 sq. feet and/or are attached to any other pre-existing structure will require permits, otherwise no permits are needed.
